We had been told it was impossible to clean a bamboo silk area rug and no one else would touch it! Arthur looked at all the pictures I sent him and said yes, he would try! Arthur came with his assistant, and they cleaned the underside and top of a 12’ x 14’ light gray bamboo silk area rug and removed a large red wine stain as well as an ink pen, and dog urine spots, added stain protectant, and deodorized. First 2 pictures are before, pics 3-4 are after, and pics 5-6 show after another doggie accident and how their protectant really worked great with just a little warm water! They really did a beautiful job (and were honest in advance that it could not be totally perfect, but it is close) and revived the rug! They were prompt, hard working, and professional!
